Á÷¹«°³¿ä The role of the Director of Leadership Development is to provide business relevant input for design and development of LD programs, and to drive and coordinate implementation and deployment throughout the global Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment organization.

Key accountabilities include:

Global leadership development strategy
 Assessment of current leadership development capabilities (as-is)
 Identification of business priorities and corresponding leadership competencies (to-be)
 Design leadership development strategy

Leadership & Hi-Potential development programs
 Leverage existing regional programs globally (where applicable), as well as Doosan Infracore and Doosan Leadership Institute leadership programs
 Identify and select key leadership development program vendors
 Design and develop global management and leadership development programs

Program and LD tools delivery
 Coordinate with vendor to train and certify regional training facilitators (TTT)
 Facilitate leadership development programs (as needed)
 Creation and delivery of leadership assessment tools, transition programs, critically-needed programs
 Select leadership assessment tools (i.e. 360, Hogan, Discovery Insights)
°æ·Â¿ä°Ç  8-10 years of experience in learning or leadership development
 At least 2 years global business experience required
 Learning and development content/program design experience required
