Develop and Execute a business plan/strategy for Sales in Korea that delivers short-term revenue objectives and long-term sales growth opportunities. Aggressively grow multiple sales channels. (50%) 2. Responsible for talent assessment, development, retention, and recruitment. (25%) 3. Provide accurate / timely communications to internal and external constituents, forecasts, strategic planning, etc. (15%) 4. Support and provide direction to marketing team. Coordinate and conduct cross-functional customer needs/assessment meetings. Define changing market conditions and competitive issues. Identify market needs and opportunities,creating a sustainable competitive advantage. (10%) |

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS OR EQUIVALENCIES: 1. Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Technical field. MBA preferred 2. At least ten (10) years proven professional sales and/or account management experience and at least (5) years people management experience. 3. Strong Experience with direct OEM component and systems sales and experience with sales channel management 4. Proven track record of delivering sales results while maintaining customer satisfaction. 5. Optics and Photonics experience preferred, or equivalent technical selling experience 6. Strong personal leadership and marketing experience 7. Must have excellent written and verbal Korean and English language skills. 8. Must be able to effectively conduct business in Korean.
