REPORTS TO: General Manager, Korea

[ ´ã´ç¾÷¹« ] Role & Responsibility
1. Develop and Execute a business plan/strategy for R&D in Korea. (50%)
2. Responsible for talent assessment, development, retention, and recruitment. (25%)
3. Provide accurate / timely communications to internal and external constituents (15%)
4. Coordinate and conduct cross-functional customer needs/assessment meetings. Define changing
market conditions and competitive issues. (10%)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS OR EQUIVALENCIES:
1. Master degree in optics related field
2. Experience in high precision large caliber aspheric optical system, its measurement and processing by using
interferometer is required.
3. Knowledge of physical optics (Fourier optics, Diffractive optics), lens designing, polarization, photolithography,
optical metrology, material science and automatic servo control theory.
4. For more than 20 years¡¯ development experience of computer simulation in the field of optics. Mat-lab, HT-Basic,
Fortran, and PASCAL
5. For more than 20 years¡¯ experience of ZEMAX, and Oslo computer simulation software.
6. For more than 20 years¡¯ record in leading research and development group.
7. Marketing abilities for solution business, starting with finding problem the potential customers are facing, the
business volume estimation and ending up with providing solution.
8. English reading, writing, and speaking skill.
9. The certificate of fire-prevention management
10.The certificate of safety management
11.The record of new business creation record worth more than 30MUSD annually from the scratch.
