- 국내 광학 제품 및 특수렌즈 제조 1위회사 (지분 100% 미국계 회사) POSITION TITLE: Director of R&D, Korea REPORTS TO: General Manager, Korea [ 담당업무 ] Role & Responsibility 1. Develop and Execute a business plan/strategy for R&D in Korea. (50%) 2. Responsible for talent assessment, development, retention, and recruitment. (25%) 3. Provide accurate / timely communications to internal and external constituents (15%) 4. Coordinate and conduct cross-functional customer needs/assessment meetings. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS OR EQUIVALENCIES: 1. Master degree in optics related field 2. Experience in high precision large caliber aspheric optical system, its measurement and processing by using interferometer is required. 3. Knowledge of physical optics (Fourier optics, Diffractive optics), lens designing, polarization, photolithography, optical metrology, material science and automatic servo control theory. 4. For more than 20 years’ development experience of computer simulation in the field of optics. Mat-lab, HT-Basic, Fortran, and PASCAL 5. For more than 20 years’ experience of ZEMAX, and Oslo computer simulation software. 6. For more than 20 years’ record in leading research and development group. 7. Marketing abilities for solution business, starting with finding problem the potential customers are facing, the business volume estimation and ending up with providing solution. 8. English reading, writing, and speaking skill. 9. The certificate of fire-prevention management 10.The certificate of safety management 11.The record of new business creation record worth more than 30MUSD annually from the scratch. 학력: 수도권 TOP 10대학 및 지방국립대학교 광학관련 전공 석사 필수 (박사 우대) 경력: 광학관련 연구개발 유 경험자 (최소 15년 이상 경력자) 우대사항: - 4년제 광학관련 전공 박사 - 영어 가능자 우대 - 이직 횟수 적은자 연령: 1973~1965 선호 (연령보다 경력과 연구개발 역량/실적이 중요) 직급: 임원 (경력과 역량에 따라 부여) 직책: 연구소장 * 처우: 동종규모 업계 최고 수준 근무지: 경기도(부천) |
