¡Ü Facility Manager (1) Critical Facility Managing - Manage all infrastructure of Critical Systems UPS, CRAC, Dry Cooler, electric power including building power for general office. - Regular maintenance planning, emergency call out response and rectification (2) General Facility Managing - Manage the office environments and all services from landlord, Temperature, humidity, general power, building HVAC, fire fighting including discussion for issue related to all of the facility systems (3) Coordinator small office or meeting room construction or ad-hoc related to all of the facility systems (4) Security System Managing - Manage access control system, DVR, CCTV including regular maintenance work for security systems (5) Establishment of Budget - Forecast and execution budget regarding replacement, repairing, regular maintenance related to facility infrastructures including security systems (6) Vendor Management for M&E - In charge of vendor management control, contract, evaluation for mechanical and electrical systems (7) Supporting for business user¡¯s operation - Manage confidential waste bin, outside storage and move and change in office area ¡Ü FM maintenance Service Area - Electrical Panels, MIMIC Panels, PMACs, CRACs, Drycoolers and Pumps, FM-200, VESDA, Alarm Dial-up System, Programmable Logic Controller ¡Ü FM Administration (1) Plan, schedule, organize preventive maintenance (including PTW,SWMS,CMMS) (2) Environmental & Material survey Report (3) Develop & Update critical engineering procedures (EOP,SOP,Escalation) (4) Review/report maintenance performance ¡Ü Project Management Services - Coordinate Additional Project management service on additional tasks required to support MACwork or larger scale construction projects. |
