Job Purpose
Delivery of SSB (Systems and Solutions Business) Projects to planned schedule, within budget and to the requisite quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for management, leadership and the technical expertise required by the Systems & Solutions Business. Holds key responsibilities in planning and implementation of customers¡¯ projects. Also responsible for the maintenance and development of technical and commercial documentation required by projects and proposals.
2. Responsible for the leadership and management of project delivery team(s) consisting of Lead Engineers, Project Engineers, overseas engineers (China,India, UK, etc), 3rd party vendors and Technicians.

DO
1. Analysis, feasibility assessment and design of customer¡¯s project requirements.
2. Preparation of cost estimates and technical documentation for proposals.
3. Defines and documents customer¡¯s functional requirements. Guides and plans efforts required to provide functional and test documentation for customer¡¯s acceptance.
4. Maintenance and development of the Systems & Solutions Business (SSB) project implementation and documentation standards, methodologies and guidelines.
5. Ensure the quality, schedule and profitability of assigned projects.
6. Provide solutions knowledge transfer to SSB project engineers.
7. Assist SSB and Sales Managers in project pursuits and marketing initiatives.
8. Self-supervision with the ability to manage many tasks and changing priorities in a team environment.
9. Maintain good relationship with customers and proactively work to secure additional business.
10. Guide, plan, coordinate and implement system design and testing activities.
11. Guide, plan, coordinate and implement documentation revisions based upon design criteria.
12. Guide, plan, coordinate and implement coding, assembly and drafting activities.
13. Guide, plan, coordinate and implement on-site system start-up services and often serve as the interface to the customer¡¯s start-up team.
14. Guide, plan, coordinate and implement system post-mortem and archiving activities.
15. Pursue opportunities to generate revenue from RA products and services including but not limited to application engineering contracts, retrofit contracts, training, documentation and support service agreements.
16. Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws.
17. Perform other duties as directed by the Country Business Manager.

1. Proven ability to manage projects, consistently and successfully, from sales through to design, implementation and project completion.
2. High level of expertise of Engineering in a Project environment.
3. Intermediate level of expertise of PLC, DCS and Process Safety system
4. Intermediate level of understanding of Industry Knowledge and Application Knowledge.
5. High level of expertise and knowledge in SSB solutions including ESD, F&G and Process Safety.
6. Basic understanding of sales skills.
7. High Proficiency of English (Read and Write)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar 3rd level qualification and/or experience.
2. A minimum 10 years experience in a Project Engineering / Project Management role.
3.Highly Desired: PMP certified with a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of PMBOK.
