Á÷¹«°³¿ä | ±Û·Î¹ú »ê¾÷ÀÚµ¿È»ç Process Business Development Manager (Â÷/ºÎÀå±Þ)
1. Lead country-level PSE (Process Sales Engineer) to increase sales volume in Process industry/market 2. Drive the rapid adoption of PlantPAx and related new technology/products within served industries and applications. 3. Ensure alignment with global process solutions performance and growth focus. 4. Engage the business units and regional sales teams in order to identify strategic process business opportunities. 5. Engage Process & other business unit and regional sales organizations to achieve annual sales objectives 6. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define commercial marketing plan, including local messaging and key events. Ensure execution of plans. 7. Develop competency for process applications across the organization to align business product plans with market opportunities. 8. Strengthen market access through on-boarding and supporting solution providers with domain expertise that expand served process markets. 9. Manage the relationship with key alliance partners, including E+H identifying areas of collaboration and ensuring countries execute on joint plans with process partner. |

°æ·Â¿ä°Ç | Bachelor¡¯s degree in engineering is preferred
Minimum of 10 or more years combined experience in Process business field DCS Engineering and Sales experience is essential Business development experience is a plus Ability to work in a matrix environment — cross-business/functional groups [¿ì´ë/¼±È£»çÇ×] 1. A solid approach to problem solving, good communication skills, influence capabilities and an ability to work within a matrix team environment to achieve position objectives is required. 2. The ability to make appropriate and effective use of oral and written English to communicate, co-operate and negotiate with cultural sensitivity with diverse individuals and groups is essential. Command of at least one other Asian language is an advantage. 3. Ability to work in a highly virtual and remote environment within a matrix organization. 4. Provides timely information to support effective management of the business to all levels. 5. Identifies key issues from information gathered 6. Acts with highest integrity in all areas 7.
