 Expatriate Management
 Employment cost management
 Audit preparation
 Daily operation of benefit programs (incl, ESPP & stock option)
 Daily operation of HR services as a main window for overseas legal entities
°æ·Â¿ä°Ç  Bachelor¡¯s degree in related major
 5+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Compensation & Benefits field
 High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to details
 Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills
 Advanced knowledge of MS office.
 Good command of English in written and speaking
