|직무개요||• Work with Marketing Manager/Brand Manager in executing brand objectives, strategies and promotional programs.
• Work with Sales team to ensure marketing plans and tactics are appropriate for field based activities. Liaise with sales on execution of marketing plans in field, and review the effectiveness of all marketing activities in conjunction with Marketing Manager/Brand Manager
• Assist the Marketing Manager/Brand Manager in preparation of sales forecasts and associated reporting.
• Continuously update and maintain all information requirements within internal reporting system
• Liaise with agency partners in the design and production of marketing materials.
• Assist in the design of POS and related materials to support brand planning and execution
• Manage monthly competitor sales/ activity and ensure that this is immediately communicated to the business through correct channels i.e. brands, customer marketing, team meeting etc.
• Ensure attendance at all team meetings, where applicable.
• Take a responsible approach to effectively managing time in order to achieve all set deadlines.
• Effectively and efficiently manage any business expenses incurred in line with company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships with all relevant internal departments
• University BA degree
• Excellent communication skills and proven track of record of building solid working relationships.
• Marketing or related tertiary qualification.
• Strong computer skills such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
• Strong time management and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Professional level in oral and written communication skills – English and Korean
• Experience in a FMCG selling environment.
