Paralegal: (AntiPiracy) & Compliance o Develop the supporting infrastructure necessary to the effective growth of the Anti-Piracy and Compliance Program o Review, develop and enhance the supporting infrastructure for legal support WW in terms of the letters of engagement (LoE) and powers of attorney (PoAs) provided to those Law Firms that have been engaged to take action on anti-piracy and compliance matters. o Review, develop and enhance the supporting infrastructure for the engagement of third parties WW who have been engaged to support or advance the strategy of the anti-piracy and compliance program. o Monitor, control and coordinate activities amongst investigation firms, audit firms and law firms in compliance- related actions within the region of designated responsibility. o Maintain close liaison with, and provide a responsive and decisive local point of contact for, the PC, VS and BT Channel Heads and Regional/Industry Sales Managers in support of the objectives of the Program. o Generate and investigate quality leads within the PC, VS and BT Channels across the Region using technical and other resources. o Issue soft and standard compliance letters in respect of qualified leads. Follow up with phone calls and visits, where appropriate. Issue reminder letters to non-responders. Draft tailored letters, where appropriate. o Provide direct responses to compliance actions to the appropriate party, if necessary. o Work closely with the business to ensure that compliance leads and opportunities are entered into and maintained in DSX.ECO.Sales and DSX.CLIENT in a timely and accurate manner. Manage, populate and maintain the Case Management System in a timely and accurate manner. o Investigate those organisations and individuals involved in the distribution of illegal/counterfeit DS products. o Engage with Law Enforcement or Trade Body to disrupt or remove through enforcement action those organisations and individuals involved in the illegal distribution of DS products. |

Paralegal: Legal Director 지원하는 실무자
- 계약서 검토 등 법무팀 실무 7년 이상 경력 차장급 - 영어 능숙, 남녀무관, 1974년 이후 출생자선호 (1975~1979) - IT Solution 산업 경력자 및 이해력 보유자 우대 * Report to Legal Director o Should be educated to degree level and have experience in a role that required a focus on analytical activities < Competencies > o Communication skills both orally and in writing o Leadership skills – ability to bring people together from diverse disciplines and control/influence successful decision making o Negotiation Skills – ability to manage and bring people to a consensus o Able to manage conflict through to a successful conclusion in respect of the other parties involved o Enthusiastic and committed to the role o Willing to take on multiple tasks and manage them successfully o Able to prioritise despite influence from others |
